• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Raw Food to the Galaha National Bhikku Hospice Center for the Year 2022/2023 Bid documents could be obtained on Government working days from 02.11.2021 up to 22.11.2021 between 9.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. from the Head Office of the Peradeniya General Hospital. The following documents should be submitted for this purpose. (a) A written request addressed to the Chairman, Procurement Committee, General Hospital, Peradeniya. (b) A certified copy of the Business Registration Certificate. (c) The receipt obtained upon payment of a non-refundable Tender fee of Rs. 2000/- to the Shroff of the Peradeniya General Hospital. (d) A worth Certificate on Form Gen. 170 to the value of Rs. 500,000.00 valid for 06 months ahead obtained from the Divisional Secretary of the Divisional Secretariat in the Contractors residential area.
