• Tenders are invited for Supply of Raw Food/Cooked Meals at Regional Hospital, Meegahakivula for the Period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022 Bid Form Fee in Cash (Rs.): 2000 Bid in Cash (Rs.): 19000 Value of the Assets Certificate: 250000 Offices issuing bid documents will issue bid applications upon proving the identity with documentary proof after the payment of a refundable deposit and the bid form fee in cash. Bid applications will be issued up to 3.30 p.m. on working days from 13.10.2021 until 02.11.2021 and cash will be accepted only between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days of the week. Bids in duplicate for each hospital should be inserted in separate covers, sealed and both covers should be reinserted in a single cover and the caption - “Bid for the Supply of Food to (name of the hospital) Hospital - 2022” should be mentioned on the left-hand top corner of the envelope and the name and address of the applicant should be mentioned below that. Sealed bids made on bid documents issued by the Uva Provincial Department of Health will be received up to 3.00 p.m. on 03.11.2021 and the sealed bids made on bid documents issued by the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Badulla and Monaragala will be received up to 10.00 a.m. on 03.11.2021. Accordingly, the relevant sealed bids may either be deposited in the Bid Box kept at the offices that issued the bid documents or sent by registered post to the respective offices to receive before the scheduled closing date and time and late bids will be rejected. A pre-bid meeting relevant to the supply of Cooked Meals will be held at 2.00 p.m. on 25.10.2021.
