• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Raw Food Items Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure. Tender documents could be obtained from the interested Suppliers on submission of a written request to the Director of the Hospital on a business letterhead of the Institution to the Supplies Division of the Hospital along with the receipt for the payment of a non- refundable tender fee of Rs. 3500.00 paid to the Accountant of the Sri Jayawardenepura General Hospital from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on weekdays from 11.12.2021 to 29.12.2021. Duly perfected Bids signed and placing the Official Rubber Seal / Stamp on it, should either be sent by registered post to the following address or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the same address, to receive at or before 10.00 a.m. 011 30.12.2021 and the caption to the effect "Contract for the Supply of Food varieties for the Sri Jayewardenepura General Hospital for the Year 2022/2023" should be clearly indicated on the top left-hand corner of the envelope enclosing Bids. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing of Bids. Tenderer or his authorized Agent could be present on this occasion of opening of Bids. Late Bids will be rejected and returned unopened. Prospective Tenderers may inspect the tender documents free of charge at the Supplies Division of the Hospital.
