• Tenders are invited for Supply of Raw/Cooked Food Hospitals for which Raw Foods to be supplied: 01. Ambalangoda District Hospital 02. Karandeniya District Hospital Hospitals for which Cooked Food to be supplied: 01. Batapola Hospital 02. Nagoda Hospital 03. Habaraduwa Hospital 04. Uragasmanhandiya Hospital Conditions of Applications: Bidding documents including the quantities of food (Raw / Cooked) to be supplied to the above hospitals and further details in this regard could be obtained from 10.01.2022 to 3.00 p.m. on 24.01.2022 from the Office of the District Director of Health Services, Unawatuna, Galle, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000.00 and a refundable deposit of Rs. 20,000.00, for the supply of Raw/Cooked Food. When obtaining bidding documents for the supply of Raw/Cooked Food, a certificate of income or assets (on form General 201 or 170), issued by the Divisional Secretary, Rs. 600,000.00 for the supply of Raw Food and Rs. 500,000.00 for the supply of Cooked Food, should be furnished. Opening of Bids: Duly completed sealed bids in duplicate (two copies), marked with the name of the bidder enclosed in two separate envelopes should either be sent by Registered Post or deposited in the tender box kept at the Office of the District Director of Health Services, Galle to be received at or before 10.00 a.m. on 26.01.2022. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing time. Late bids will be rejected. Bidder or his authorized representative may be present at the opening of bids. The decision of the Tender Board is the final.
