• Tenders are invited for Supply of Reinforcement Bars Characteristic Strength is More than 500N/mm2 (QT.QST.TMT etc) (Diameter 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40min) and mild steel, 250N/ mm2 (Diameter 10mm, 8mm, 6mm) Tender Fee: 11000/-. Non Refundable Bid Security: 450000/- Bidders may obtain further information from Deputy Project Director-s office and the bid documents can be inspected in the office during normal working hours from 041^ October 2021 to 18^ October 2021. (Tel: +94-713504820, Irrigation Engineer) Bid documents can be obtained by paying non-refundable tender fee at Deputy Project Director-s office at Thanamalwila or by bank deposit the non-refundable tender fee to account no. 0007042884, Bank of Ceylon- Thanamalwila and e-mailing the receipt to creumaoya@gmail.com (bid will be issued through the e-mail) Bid security can be a cash deposit to this office or bid bond issued by accepted bank for this purpose. Bid bond shall be valid for 77 days (work no from 17 to 19) or 91 days (for work no 20) starting from 18"1 October 2021. If bid security bond is paid by cash, the amount will be released after 77 or 91 days of bid bond. All Relevant documents shall be submitted within the bid to prove the eligibility of bidders. Duly perfected bidding documents must be submitted in duplicate, marked as “Original” and “Duplicate” relevantly in two sealed envelopes and enclosed both in one sealed envelope marked above work number & title on top left corner of the envelope should either be sent by registered post to the following address, courier service or deposited in the tender box kept at Deputy Project Director-s office of Uma Oya Downstream Development, at or before 2.15 p.m. on 18^ October 2021. Late bids will not be accepted.
