• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Ribbons, Printing Ink and Accessories for Computer Printers, Photocopiers, Roneo Machines. Registration Fee- Rs. 1000.00 Conditions: 01. Separate applications should be forwarded for each supply/service. 02. Quotations will be called from selected suppliers and if suppliers fail to supply goods / materials / services, the Council reserves the right to obtain goods and services from others apart from the registered suppliers as and when required. 03. Names of the registered suppliers who do not comply with bid conditions will be deleted from the register without any notice. 04. Requests of suppliers who have failed to complete the orders of previous years satisfactorily or whose names have been deleted from the register, will be rejected. 05. The Council reserves the right to enact further conditions over supplying of goods if it deemed necessary. 06. Contractors who wish to register themselves for works over Rs. 500,000/= should produce their registration number & books relevant to the subject of roads & buildings with ICTAD or CIDA. 07. The Council reserves the right to get contracts done from others apart from the registered contractors as and when required. 08. The value of the registration fees shown opposite each item could be paid by cash, cheques or money orders. (Cheques and Money Orders should be drawn in favour of Chairman, Horana Pradeshiya Sabha. The paying office for Money Orders should be Kananwila). 09. When supplying goods ordered by the Council they should be transported to the office premises or to a place notified. 10. Payments will be made only after the goods/services supplied are proved to be in accordance with the relevant specifications. 11. Applications received either by registered post or hand delivered after 10.15 a.m. on 10.11.2021 will be rejected without any intimation. 12. It is compulsory to clearly indicate that the goods supplied are with or without VAT.
