• Tenders are invited for Supply of Safety Garments, Safety Shoes, Safety Helmets, Other Safety Wear, Gloves, Masks, Supply of Sanitizer Application form for registration may be obtained from the Head Office of our Authority situated in the address given below or self prepared as per the specimen given below or downloaded from the www.mepa.gov.lk website. A non-re fundable fee of Rs. 2,000/ = (Two Thousand) for every item (Goods or Services) should be paid and that amount may be credited to Account No. 194109 maintained with the Borella Supra Grade Branch in favour of Marine Environment Protection Authority or paid in cash to the Shroff of the Head Office in the address given below. Customer-s copy of the receipt obtained upon crediting the registration fee or the receipt obtained from the Authority should be definitely attached to the application.
