• Tenders are invited for Supply of Sanitary Goods Such as Soap, Dish Wash Liquid Washing Powder, Toilet Cleaning Liquid. Methylated Spirits, Box of Matches, Blades, Batteries, Hand Wash and Other General Store Item and Cabbage Bags. Tender Fee: Rs 1500/- (Non Refundable) Receipt obtained by paying cash to the Financial Assistant. Accounts Branch of the Hospital or money order (Money order should be drawn in favour of "Medical Superintendent Ashraff Memorial Hospital Kalmunai") by way of non-refundable registration fee for each item of goods or services should be sent along with the application. Cheques will not be accepted. Application should he prepared as per the above specimen format. Separate application should be forwarded for each item of supplies and services on or before 03.12.2021.
