• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Shoes, Boots, Slippers, Rexine & Rubber Products. A non-refundable registration fee of Rs.500/- should be paid for each supply of goods and services. The above mentioned amount should be paid to the Shroff of this office from 10.10.2022 to 09.11.2022 from 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. during working days and the receipt received in return should be attached to the application form. Cheques and Money Orders will not be entertained. Even though priority is given to registered suppliers to supply goods and services, while calling for quotations, this establishment reserves the right to call quotations from those who have not registered to obtain goods and services. Without notice, action will be taken to remove the names of the suppliers who don-t supply goods and services as per stipulated standards and who don't offer the response while calling for quotations. All applications should be sent by Registered post to Director, District General Hospital, Trincomalee, mentioning on the top left-hand corner of the envelope "Registration of Suppliers for the year 2023". The last date of accepting applications is 08.12.2022 at or before 3.45 p.m. and all applications received after this date will be rejected.
