Tenders are invited for Supply of Solar Water Pump and Installation of Solar Power Generation System Non-Refundable Bid Fee (Rs.): 1000/- Bid Security Amount (Rs.):50000/- Bids completed in two sets shall be submitted by mentioning the relevant bid number and subject of work at the top left corner of the separate sealed envelope by registered post to the District Secretary / Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee, District Secretariat, Puttalam or place it in the tender box kept at the Procurement Unit of the District Secretariat at or before 2.30 pm on Monday, 25.10.2021.Bids will be opened soon after on 25.10.2021 at 2.30 pm at the Procurement Unit of the District Secretariat-Puttalam. It is mandatory to submit certified copies of all the documents required to substantiate your experience as the selection of a suitable organization takes into account all the factors including the registration and experience of the organization. Please mention supply period from date on which the order for supply has been given. The bidder or his authorized representative is permitted to attend the opening of the bid. The bid security must be a bank security or a deposit in the name of the District Secretary at the Bank of Ceylon branch of the District Secretariat, Puttalam.
