• Tenders are invited for Supply of Spare Parts for Bio Medical Engineering Unit SOI Spare Parts for BP Apparatus S02 Heater Element, 1500 - 2000 W S03 Helega, Bulbs and General Items S04 Spare Parts for Baby Warmer S05 Dental Spare Parts S06 Tools for Biamedical Engineering Unit S07 Equipment and Test Instrument for BME Unit S08 Electric Hand Drill S09 Air Blower SIO Charging Grill (With Screw Driver Set) Sll Luxmeter S12 ECG Check (Simulator) S13 Electric Angle Grinder S14 BP Checker S15 Sticker Printer Bid application forms may be obtained on working days from 18.03.2022 until 08.04.2022 from the Bio Medical Engineering Division of our office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000.00 for one set of documents (for each package) . Refundable bid security for each application form (for each package) is 2% of the bid amount. This amount may either be paid in cash or by a bank draft valid for 120 days as per the form attached to the bid documents submitted with the bid. Sealed bids in duplicate as Original and Duplicate should be inserted in separate covers mentioning the Package Number and both covers should be reinserted in a single cover mentioning “Supply of Medical Equipment (Package No.) - 2022 / Supply of Office Equipment (Package No.) - 2022” on the left-hand top corner of the envelope and submitted. Sealed bids may either be sent by registered post addressed to “Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Regional Directorate of Health Services, Community Hall Road, Monaragala" or deposited in the Bid Box kept in the Accounts Division of this office to receive before 10.30 a.m. on 08.04.2022. Bids will be opened at 10.35 a.m. on 08.04.2022. Bidder or his authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids.
