• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Staff Diaries Value of Bid Security : Rs. 60,000/- . Tender documents could be obtained from People-s Bank, Supplies Department, 30/101, Kew Road, Colombo 02 by depositing Rs. 1,500/- for each tender document to the Account No. 204100120011913 maintained at People-s Bank Head Quarters Branch. Deposits could be made from any People-s Bank branch to the named account. Issuance of tender documents will be made on receiving the scan copy of the cash paying in slip and a company request letter via e-mail (supplies@peoplesbank.lk) between 9.00 a.m to 3.00 p.m from 30.08.2021 to 16.09.2021 as indicated above on working days of the Bank. Tender document will be sent via e-mail upon receiving the deposit slip with a company request letter. Perfected tender documents should be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee/ Bid Bond from a Commercial Bank (other than People-s Bank) acceptable to the People-s Bank for the value mentioned above against each item valid for a minimum period of 180 calendar days from the date of opening the tender. Bank Drafts/ Pay Orders in lieu of Bank Guarantee / Bid Bond are also acceptable with validity at 180 calendar days from the date of opening of the tender. Cheques drawn by the tenderer will not be accepted. Sealed tenders may be sent by registered post or deposited in the tender box kept at this Department at No. 30/ 101, Kew Road,Colombo 02. Tender will be opened at 2.00 p.m. on the closing date (17.09.2021) mentioned above. Tenders received after 2.00 p.m. will be rejected and returned unopened.
