• Tenders are invited for Supply of Stage Lighting System at Rajadurai Auditorium Kallady, Batticaloa Supply of Stage Lighting Systems for the Use of Rajadurai Auditorium, Swamy Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies, Eastern University, Sri Lanka. Tender Fee: 2000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 40000/- The closing date of the bid submission shall be extended till 2.30 p.m., on 22.11.2023. The last date for collection of bids will be 21.11.2023. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend in person at 2.30 p.m. on 22.11.2023, at the Board Room, Swamy Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies, Eastern University, Sri Lanka. Late bids will be rejected. The interested bidder may participate at the pre- bid meeting scheduled to be held at 02.30 p.m. on 15.11.2023 at the Boardroom, Swamy Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies, Eastern University, Sri Lanka. The bidder who has already participated for the Pre-Bid Meeting held on 10.11.2023 need not attend the pre -bid meeting to be held on 15.11.2023.
