• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Street Solar Lamps 20w Tender Fee: 1000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 19500/- Relevant Procurement documents containing the specifications can be obtained from 9.00 a.m. on 20.01.2022 up to 3.00 p.m. on 07.02.2022, on office working days, on making a written request to the Secretary of the Pradeshiya Sabha and submission to the Accounts Section of the Receipt received for the payment of the Tender Form Fee, as relevant, made to the Head Office of the Homagama Pradeshiya Sabha. Quotations, relevant cover marked the names of items for which quotations are submitted, on the left-side top corner, prepared in two copies (as original and duplicate) placed in separate covers marked Chairman, Pradeshiya Sabha, Homagama, could either be sent by Registered Post or placed in the Tender Box kept at the Official Room of the Secretary of the Sabha, to be received as or before 2.00 p.m. on 08.02.2022. Bids received will be opened immediately after closing of acceptance of Bids at the Meeting Hall of the Head Office of the Pradeshiya Sabha and Tenderer or one of his representatives can be present at the opening. The Homagama Pradeshiya Sabha retains the full right to either accept or reject any tender received. When submitting Procurement documents, either the receipt received for the payment of the Tender Deposit by cash made to the office or a Bank Security valid for a 06 month period obtained from a Bank registered with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, should be submitted.
