Tenders are invited for Supply of Three Double Cab Vehicles on Rental Basis for Official Use of the District Secretariat 02. Applications with Bid Documents could be Obtained from the Accounts Division of this Office during Office Hours between 9.00 a.m. And 2.00 p.m. From 06.10.2021 up to 26.10.2021 by Submitting the Receipt Obtained after Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Rs. 2000.00 in Cash to the Shroff on the Second Floor of the District Secretariat or Bid Applications and Documents could be Obtained by Post by Sending a Bank Order Obtained in Favour of the District Secretary, Galle and Sent by Post Addressed to District Secretary, District Secretariat, No. 06, Colombo Road, Galle. 03. Further Details regarding this Matter could be Obtained on Working Days during Office Hours from the Assistant District Secretary of District Secretariat, Galle. Tel. Nos. 091-4944805 / 091-2247175. 04. Sealed Bids should be sent by Registered Post addressed to District Secretary, District Secretariat, No. 06, Colombo Road. Galle to receive before 2.00 p.m. on 27.10.2021 or may be hand delivered to the Tender Box kept in the Chief Accountant's Official Room on the Second Floor of the District Secretariat Building. The words "Quotation ior Obtaining Three Double Cabs on Rental Basis for the District Secretariat" should be marked on the top left-hand comer of the envelope containing the Bids. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of accepting Bids at 2.00 p.m. on 27.10.2021. The decision of the Procurement Committee is final.
