• Tenders are invited for Supply of Uncooked (Dry) Food Items at Regional Hospital, Meeravodai ​for a Period of One Year from 01.01.2022 until 31.12.2022 Refundable Deposit (Rs.) : 25000 Value of the Assets Certificate (Rs.): 125000 Bid documents may be obtained from 02.12.2021 up to 12.00 noon on 22.12.2021 from the Accountant of the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services on submission of the following documents upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rs. 1,000.00 for each set of documents. Cheques will not be accepted. a. Letter of request for bid documents b. Assets Certificate to the value mentioned in the schedule above for each hospital on Form General 170 issued by the Divisional Secretary of the area where the hospital is situated or where the contractor resides. Assets Certificate should be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. c. Business Registration Certificate relevant to supply of Food Bids may either be sent by registered post addressed to “Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Batticaloa or hand delivered to receive before 10.00 a.m. on 23.12.2021. Late bids will be rejected. Name of the Hospital and the Name of the Contractor should be clearly mentioned separately on the left-hand top corner of the envelope containing the bid. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of bids.
