• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Upholstery & Textiles Complete Set of Applications in English Language may be Purchased from Supply Unit of the Department of Government Factory by Interested Suppliers/ Service Providers on Submission of a Written Application to the Director General, Department of Government Factory, on Working Days from 09.00hrs. To 15.00hrs. Up to 20.12.2021, upon Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Rs. 500.00 Per each Category. The Method of Payment should be by Cash 1. Separate applications shall be made for each category. 2. Application forms will be issued up to 20th December 2021 at 15:00hrs. 3. The word, "Registration of Suppliers - 2022" shall be written on top left-hand corner of the envelope, enclosing the application. 4. Applications shall reach the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, 3rd Floor, Director General's Office, Department of Government Factoiy, Kolonnawa on or before 21st December 2021 at 15.00 hrs.
