• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Veterinary Drugs. Applications should be forwarded for each item respectively with a non refundable fee of Rs. 2000/ = . Application and relevant instructions are published in our official website www.daph.gov.lk and a printed application which is duly filled should be sent under registered post to the below mentioned address on or before 25.11.2021. The words "Registration of Suppliers - 2022" should be clearly stated on the top left hand corner of the Envelope payments may be made to the Shroff of the Head Office or by a money order. Where payments are made to the Shroff a duplicate should be affixed to the application and in case of a money order, it should be drawn in favour of "Director General, Department of Animal Production and Health" which is encashable only at the Post Office, Peradeniya. Please note : Cheques are not accepted for making payments.
