Description:
Tenders are invited for Supplying & Installation, Supervision of 06 Nos Air Handling Units for Mvac System. a non-refundable fee of Sri Lanka Rupees Twelve Thousand Five Hundred only (Rs 12,500.00). The method of payment shall be by cash. Bids shall be delivered to the address below or shall be deposited in the tender box placed at the same address on or before 1000 hrs on 18"1 September 2024. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid up to 18th December 2024. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR 720,000.00), obtained from a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. This Bid Security shall be in the form of an unconditional, on demand guarantee and shall be valid up to 18th January 2025. The Project Procurement Committee (PPC) reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the right to accept any portion of a bid, at any time prior to awarding of a contract without giving any reasons for such action. The Project Procurement Committee is not bound to accept the lowest or any bids. Pre-bid meeting will be held at 1100 hrs on 26th August 2024 at the Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battarainulla.
