• Tenders are invited for Supplying, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of Closed Circuit Television / IT (CCTV/IP) for Renovating the Main Building of the Department of National Archives and Installing Central Air-Cooling, Fire Protection and Advanced Security System at Philip Gunawardena Mawatha, Colombo 07 Interested bidders may obtain further information from Mr. Roshan Thilina, Electrical Engineer (WP2) on Tel. 0773786582, 5556239 and inspect the bidding documents free of charge at No. 11, Jawatte Road, Colombo 05 from 09.00 hrs. to 15.00 hrs. during normal working hours from 08.11.2021 until 29.11.2021, Bidding Document in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Accountant, Central Engineering Services (Pvt.) Ltd., No. 11, Jawatte Road, Colombo-05 from 09.00 hrs. to 15.00 hrs. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000.00. The method of payment shall be by cash payment. Only one set of document will he issued for one bidder. Bid shall be valid up to 91 days from the date of closing of bids. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid security of Rs. 150,000.00 which shall be valid till 29.03.2022. Bids shall be addressed to the Chairman, Base Procurement Committee, Central Engineering Services (Pvt.) Ltd., No. 11, Jawatte Road, Colombo-05, and deposited in the Tender Box provided for at the above address at or before 11 .00 hrs. on 30.11.2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend.
