• Tenders are invited for Preparing, Printing and Supplying of Padded Packing Boxes Box - 01 8"x6"x3" 10,000 Box - 02 10"x7"x4" 10,000 Box - 03 12"x9"x4" 10,000 Box - 04 13"xl0,,x5" 10,000 Box - 05 16"xl2"x6" 10,000 A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application by Bidder himself or by Bidders representatives to the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of LKR 5,000/ = to the Postmaster General up to 14.00 hours on 07th February, 2022. Pre-Bid Meeting in this regard will be held at 10.00 hours on 27th January 2022 at Postmaster General's Conference Room, Head Quarters, Department of Posts, No. 310, D.R. Wijewardene Mawatha, Colombo Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11.00 hours on 08th February 2022. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below immediately after the closing time. Bids shall be valid up to 77 calendar days from the date of closing of the bid. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security issued by a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka by the Insurance Board of Sri Lanka (unconditional) of LKR 175,000/= valid up to 23rd May 2022 and drawn in favour of "Postmaster General, Department of Posts".
