• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Surveying and Supply of Surveying Services The Registration fee per item will be Rs. 500.00. All other items exceeding one number will be Rs. 50.00 each. It can be paid by cash, cheque or by money orders. All cheques and money orders will have to be drawn in favour of the "Secretary, Mulatiyana Pradeshiya Sabha” i.e. If you are registering for 03 items, the payable amount will be Rs. 600.00 of which Rs. 500.00 for the first item and Rs. 100.00 for the other two items at Rs. 50.00 each. Names of Suppliers who fail to duly submit quotations at three consecutive occasions when requested and fail to supply goods on time and fail to supply goods as per the details of the order and the samples in required standards will be removed from the registration list. The Mulatiyana Pradeshiya Sabha retains the full right to obtain required goods and services from sources outside the list whenever such needs arise. Completed applications could either be sent by registered post addressed to "Secretary, Mulatiyana Pradeshiya Sabha" or delivered personally to the Pradeshiya Sabha Office, to be received before 3.00 p.m. on 20.12.2022. The words, "Registration of Suppliers - 2023" should be marked on the envelope. Receiving of applications will be closed at 3.00 p.m. on 20.12.2022.
