• Tenders are invited for Supply of Dry Food and Cooked Meals to Base Hospital, Sammanthurai Tender Deposit Supply of Food 100,000 Washing of Soiled Linen: 5,000. Value of Asset Certificate Only for Food Supply: 300,000/-. Interested applicants should not have been blacklisted and should have fulfilled the following requirements. Interested bidders may obtain tender forms after proving the identity on submission of the receipt obtained between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days from 17.11.2021 until 08.12.2021 upon payment of the non refundable application fee mentioned below separately for each hospital to the Regional Director of Health Services. Further, one tenderer may apply for more than one institution. Separate application forms should be obtained for each institution after payment of application fees separately not Refundable Tender Application fee for one hospital / institution For the Supply of food - Rs. 1000/- For Washing of Soiled Linen - Rs. 500/-. Details of the estimates of food required for each hospital will be issued with the Specimen forms. Tenders, mentioning “Supply of Food/Washing of Soiled Linen for Hospitals for Year 2022” on the left hand top corner of the envelope containing the bid, may either be sent by registered post addressed to “Regional Director of Health Services, Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Kalmunai” or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Finance Division of the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Kalmunai to receive before 02.30 p.m. on 09.12.2021. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of bids and the bidder or his one authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids. Late bids will be rejected.
