The selected Applicant will provide comprehensive Architectural Consultancy for the demolition of the existing Chancery Building and construction of the new complex, including planning, obtaining necessary statutory approvals, preparation of estimates, and tender documents as per applicable codes during the construction phase. The built-up area of the project is expected to be approximately 18,700 sq.m.
