Description:
The National Lotteries Board invites sealed bids for obtaining a courier service for the distribution of Lottery Ticket Stocks for the year 2026/2027. Bidders must be locally registered suppliers with a valid Business Registration Certificate, a minimum of two years of experience in the related field, a VAT registration certificate (if applicable), and audited financial statements showing an annual turnover of over Rs. 20 million for the last two years. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 750,000.00 and a performance bond of 5% of the contract value.
