The proposed premises should be situated in a prime, easily accessible, and fully secured area, with a floor area of 20,000 - 25,000 sq. ft. The building must provide janitorial and security services, alternative power and water supply, and have a parking capacity for a minimum of 50 vehicles. The rental period is a minimum of 3 years, with competitive rental rates to be indicated in the submission.
