The project involves rubble foundation with RCC column footing, RCC structure, plastered and painted brick/block walls, steel/timber framed Zn/Al roof, powder-coated Al doors and windows, floor rendering, wall and floor tiling, electrical installation, sanitary fittings and accessories, drainage work, lighting protection system, and fire system. The construction period is 460 days.
