• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Thermoplastic Application from Kadawatha to Kottawa of Outer Circular Highway Bid Security : 150000/- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Section, Expressway Operation, Maintenance & Management Division, Road Development Authority, Kahatagahahena, Walgama, Bandaragama (Telephone: 038-2289122, Fax: 038-2289560) and inspect the bidding documents during office hours free of charge. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language shall be obtained by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Director (EOM&M Division), Road Development Authority, Kahatagahahena, Walgama, Bandaragama from 28/12/2021 until 11/01/2022 between 09.00 hrs. & 14.30 hrs. upon payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000.00 +80(VAT). As per the Public Contract Act No. 3 of 1987, the Agent and successful winners of the tender shall be registered in the Department of Registrar of Companies. Bids shall be delivered to the Director (EOM&M Division), Road Development Authority, Kahatagahahena, Walgama, Bandaragama at or before 14.30 hrs. on 11/01/2022. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after the closing in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bid Validity period shall be until 12/04/2022.
