• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Transport of Raw Milk - 2022 Transporters for Transporting Raw Milk from the Village Level Dairy Farmer Managed Societies to the Milk Chilling Centres / Milk Factories. Name of the Region Regional Office Southern Regional Office- Colombo Regional Office-Kandy Regional Office- Kurunegala Regional Office-Nuwara eliya Regional Office-Uva Regional Office-Ampara Regional Office- Batticaloa Regional Office-Anuradhapura Regional Office-Northern Tenders should be submitted for each milk collection route separately. Tender applications, Terms and Conditions and details of milk collection routes could be obtained from the following offices, on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/ = per tender during office hours between 9 00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Payment towards deposits and application fee should be made either in the form of Bank Drafts drawn in favour of MILCO (PVT) LTD or by cash payment. Sealed tenders should be submitted along with a refundable deposit of Rs. 5000/= per tender, either through registered post or by hand delivery to the respective Regional Managers at or before 10.00 am of the tender opening dates shown below. "Tender for Raw Milk Transport" should be clearly written on the top left-hand corner of the sealed envelope. The decision of the Tender Board should be accepted as the final decision.
