• Description:
• Request for proposals are invited for Transportation Services for World Bank Office in Srilanka Firms must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the technical evaluation: -Evidence of having minimum annual revenue from transportation services of more than LKR 30 Crores for the for anyone year in the past 4 years (2020, 2021, 2022,2023) and LKR 15Crores for any two years in the past 4 years (2020, 2021, 2022,2023). - Evidence indicating of compensating the employees with salaries & benefits commensurate with those paid, as a minimum, by local Government and in compliance with all local laws and regulations. - Evidence that the Firm is registered and possesses all appropriate permits, licenses, certificates, and insurance required by local law to provide the requested services in the country. - Evidence that Firm been in business at least three (3) years and has performed transportation services in Srilanka, and has legal standing to work in Colombo,Srilanka, in a professional capacity. - Certification that the Firm has not been involved in any litigation action in the past 5 years which resulted in damages being awarded to the litigant, based on either failure to perform or poor maintenance. - The Firm must accept the draft contract proposed by WB as is.
