• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Upgrading Laboratory Facilities to Establish a Satellite Network at Nattandiya Bid Fee: 2000/-. Non Refundable Bid Security: 43000/- If the hid security is paid in cash, 50% of the value of the Bid Security amount should he paid to the Cashier of the institution from where documents are obtained and the certified copy of the receipt issued by the Cashier should be submitted with bid and if the bid security is not paid in cash, a bid security to the value mentioned above as per the form issued with the bid documents drawn in favour of the Provincial / Regional Director of Health Services, from where the bid documents are obtained issued by a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and the original of the bid security should be submitted with the bid separately for each project. Duly perfected bids in duplicate in separate covers as Original and Duplicate should be reinserted in a single envelope mentioning the name of the project clearly on the left-hand top corner and may either he sent by registered post to the institution that is mentioned in the bid document or deposited in the bid box kept in that institution to receive before 10.00 a.m. on 31.08.2021. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of bids at the places mentioned in the bid documents on the stipulated dates and the bidders or their authorized representatives may be present at the time of opening of bids and the selection of contractors will take place as per the Treasury Secretary's Circular No. 04/2016(ii).
