• Tenders are invited for Urgent Roof and Ceiling Repairing at Welding Workshop Building, Electrical Workshop, Computer Laboratory Ceiling, Automobile Workshop and Ref/Air Workshop at Technical College - Rathmalana Bid Security: 59000/-. Document Fee: 1500/-. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Chief Engineer, Infrastructure & Maintenance Division, Department of Technical Education & Training, P.O. Box 557, Olcott Mawatha, Colombo 10 (Tel: 011-2348894, 011-2348897,96) and inspect the bidding documents at the same office. A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to Chief Engineer, Infrastructure & Maintenance Division from 24th March 2022 to lltli April 2022 from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on working days upon payment of a non-refundable fee given in the table. The method of payment will be in cash at the Shroff Counter, Finance Unit of this department. Sealed bids shall be delivered in duplicate clearly mentioned original and duplicate on top right hand corner of the envelopes. The name of the bid shall be written on top left-hand corner of the envelope. Bids shall be addressed to the Director General, Department of Technical Education & Training, P.O. Box 557, Olcott Mawatha, Colombo 10 and deposited in the tender box made available at the Office of the Chief Engineer, Infrastructure Office, 1st Floor, Department of Technical Education & Training, P.O. Box 557, Olcott Mawatha, Colombo 10 or sent by registered post addressed to the Director General at the above address to reach on or before 12th April 2022 at 2.00 p.m. and late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing at (he Conference Hall in the 2nd Floor of Department of Technical Education & Training in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Pre bid meeting is scheduled to be held on 04.04.2022 at 10:30 am at the Chief Engineer's Office, Department of Technical Education and Training, Olcott Mawatha, Colombo -10. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security from reputed Banks registered under the Central Bank in favor of Director General, Department of Technical Education & Training, P.O.
