• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Want a Building with Land for Rent or Lease in Negombo Building with Land Negombo CSC” A Building with a Space around 5500 Sq. ō. In Negombo Area, Preferably in between 20 Mile Post Kurana to Periyamulla Juncɵon, Facing Main Road or in Close Proximity to the Main Road. The Access Road for the Building shall not be Less than 20 Feet in Width and shall be Suitable for Heavy Vehicles. Premises should be Available with Telephone, Electricity, Water Supply, Drainage and Ample Parking FaciliɵEs. The Property should be with a Land around 30-40 Perches in Extent, Preferably with a Parapet Wall Surrounding the Property. Due to preventing covid-19 situation, bid opening will be carried out online as a Zoom meeting. The owners or their authorized representatives can participate at the bid opening online. To issue the meeting link, bidders shall send a request email to "procurement@leco.lk" specifying the title and number of participating bid.
