• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Want a Building with Land for Rent or Lease in Seeduwa. “Building with Land Seeduwa CSC” A Building with a Space around 5,500 Sq.ft In Negombo Area, Preferably in between Dandugama Bridge to 18 Mile Post Katunayake, Facing Main Road or in Close Proximity to the Main Road. The Access Road for the Building shall not be Less than 20 Feet in Width and shall be Suitable for Heavy Vehicles. Premises should be Available with Telephone, Electricity, Water Supply, Drainage Facilities and Parking Space for at Least Six Vehicles. The Property should be with a Land around 40 Perches in Extent, Preferably with a Parapet Wall Surrounding the Property.
