• Tenders are invited for Want a Land for Rent or Lease within Kelaniya Branch Mahara Customer Service Area Land for Pole Yard Mahara” Wanted a bare land around 15-20 perches in extent to take on rent/ lease, facing Kadawatha Ragama road (from Delpe Junction to Smack Junction ) or Dalupitiya Road (from Mahara Junction to Jayanthi Mahal Junction ) or Kandy Raod (from Mahara Junction to Makola Junction ) or Makola Road (from Kiribathgoda town to Gamunu Mawatha) in close proximity to a main road with an access road of not less than 20 feet in width for heavy vehicles (Pole Trucks) to utilize as a pole yard. Due to preventing covid-19 situation, bid opening will be carried out online as a Zoom meeting. The owners or their authorized representatives can participate at the bid opening online. To issue the meeting link, bidders shall send a request email to "procurement@leco.lk" specifying the title and number of participating bid.
