• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Wanted Commercial Property on Lease Requirements: • Administrative space approx. 35,000 Sq. Feet excluding Car Park, Salvage Storages, & Washrooms. • Within a commercial feasible area in Colombo 01-10 •The premises should have 40-60 parking slots. • The premises should be completely tiled / Carpet Finish with minimum five (05) floors for Single usage. • Space for generator installation and salvage storage from ground floor level (200 Sq. Feet). • Basic electrical wiring with distribution panel - provisions to install air conditioners • Direct water supply with separate water meter. Overhead water tank to be provided. • Electricity supply with separate electricity meter. • Fire Exit & Lifts with all safety requirements should be available • A separate Service Entrance with a larger lift will be an added advantage. The building owner should provide copies of the documents mentioned hereto when required. (Approved Building Plan, Certificate of Conformity (COC), Building Street in and non-vesting certificate, Ownership Deed, Approved Plan and Land Registry Extracts related to the land). The final decision will be made at the discretion of Litro Gas Lanka Limited, subsequent to the inspection of the respective premises.
