• Tenders are invited for Widening and Improvements to Sapugaskanda - Pattiwila Road (Rda & Prda) and Sapugaskannda Intersection Bid Security: 4700000/- The Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 10:00 hrs on 05.07.2021 via online method by Provincial Director (Western), Road Development Authority. The zoom meeting link is: https://us05weh.zoom.ux/j/82828607004?pwd=c2tmd05rUVg4hXBWdDVza21\Va3JBUT09 A complete set of Bidding Document in English language shall be purchased by the interested bidders via email on submission of a written application and valid cash deposit slip of non - refundable tender fee (contract number and name of the contractor should be indicated on the cash deposit slip) to Director (Construction), RDA via email from 23.06.2021 until 21.07.2021 during 09:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs for each contract. Account Name: Director General - RDA Account Number : 0000001943 Bank Name : Bank of Ceylon - Corporate Branch Original/valid cash deposit slips should be submitted with the Bids at the submission of bids and it will be checked. The bids without the original/ valid cash deposit slip will be rejected. As per the Public Contract Act no. 3 of 1987, the Agent and successful winners of the tender shall be registered in the Department of Registrar of Companies. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid- Security for an amount given in the above table. Bid- Security shall be valid up to 16.12.2021. Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to the Chairman, Ministry Procurement Committee, Ministry of Highways, Procurement Division, 7th Floor, "Maganeguma Mahamedura", Denzil Kobekaduwa Mawatha, Battaramulla on or before 11:00 hrs on 22.07.2021.
