Qty: 4 1.2 KVA Line Interactive UPS. Qty: 6 Barco Nio Colour 3MP (MDNC - 3521) Qty: 2 Internal Hard Disk Drive 300GB. Qty: 1 Internal Hard Disk Drive 900GB. Qty: 1 Non Refundable Fee (Rs:) 3,500.00 The Suppliers who are interested should submit their bidding forms which are obtainable from the Directorate of Ordnance Services, Sri Lanka Army Headquarters, Sri Jayawardenepura (Army Vehicle Parking Area) during working days between 1000 hrs and 1500 hrs on below given dates on payment of a non-refundable application fee as indicated against each item in cash to the Director Finance, Sri Lanka Army Headquarters, Sri Jayawardenepura. The bids duly signed by the applicant should be submitted after placing the official seal there under as a compulsory requirement. The envelope containing the tender should be marked "BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF (Category of items) FOR THE YEAR 2024, Tender No (DOS/2024/..............) and date/ time of opening of bids" on the top left- hand corner. The declaration of VAT Registration number along with the bidding document is a mandatory requirement for those who are registered at Inland Revenue Department. Bidding documents which are incomplete and not accompanied with required documentary evidence shall be rejected. The Chairman, Department Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid application and to alter the quantity of purchasing.
